This Privacy Notice explains how Arbix Ltd handles personal data in connection with this website, arbix.co.uk. This is a corporate information website. It does not host application forms, user accounts, payment facilities or marketing tools, so the personal data we process through it is limited.
Our student facing platform, Ireland Study Center (irelandstudycenter.com), processes a much wider range of personal data and has its own Privacy Policy. If you are a student or referral partner using that platform, please read the Ireland Study Center Privacy Policy, which applies to that service.

Arbix Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17246749, with its registered office at 203A Lower Clapton Road, London E5 8EG, United Kingdom. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, Arbix Ltd is the Data Controller for personal data processed through this website.

2. Personal data we collect through this website
Server and security logs
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected for security, fault diagnosis and to keep the website running reliably.
Email enquiries
If you email us at any of the addresses published on this website, we will process your name, email address, organisation details and the content of your message in order to respond to you and manage the relationship that follows.
This website does not include contact forms, user registration, newsletters or analytics tracking. We do not collect any other personal data through it.
3. Cookies
This website does not set analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. Any cookie that may be set is strictly necessary for the operation of the website. Because we do not use non essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is currently required under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
If we introduce analytics or other non essential cookies in the future, we will update this notice and add a consent mechanism before they are used.
4. How we use personal data and our legal bases
We use server log data to operate, secure and maintain the website. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping our systems secure and functional (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
We use enquiry data to respond to your message, to discuss potential partnerships or business matters, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and developing business relationships, or where your enquiry relates to entering into a contract with us, the steps necessary before entering into that contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).
We do not use personal data collected through this website for automated decision making or profiling, and we do not send marketing communications from it.
5. Who we share personal data with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate this website and our communications, and only to the extent needed:
- Our hosting provider, Hostinger, whose servers for this website are located in the European Union
- Our email and productivity service providers, who process correspondence on our behalf
- Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, where necessary
- Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law
We never sell, rent or trade personal data.
6. International access
Arbix Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom and our staff and authorised team members may work from the UK, Pakistan or other countries. Where correspondence is accessed from outside the UK or the European Economic Area, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with UK GDPR, including contractual confidentiality obligations and restricted access on a need to know basis.
7. How long we keep personal data
Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes and then deleted or anonymised. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to manage the enquiry or relationship it relates to, and afterwards for any period required to meet legal, accounting or contractual obligations.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request erasure of your data in certain circumstances
- Object to or request restriction of our processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, although we would welcome the chance to resolve your concern first.
